- The purchaser agrees that all scripts related

for 30 days, without liability regarding
server errors, purchaser errors, member errors,

of such defects during the warranty period,

repair or replace products, which prove to
be defective.
- QualityEBiz.com has no responsibility towards

employees, or partners and is not responsible
for purchasers' liabilities towards the for

of support to the purchaser pertaining only

earned by the purchaser nor it have rights

and services purchased by you

payment in full before receiving any product
or services when required;

liable for any and all actions performed
by the purchaser both before and after the

guarantee of our product.
- The purchaser further agrees that all the

and its owners;
- The Software is supplied by QualityEBiz.com,
and is licensed, not sold, under the terms
of this User Agreement and QualityEBiz.com
reserves all rights not expressly granted
to you. QualityEBiz.com, retains the ownership
of the Software.
- QualityEBiz.com grants you a license to use
one copy of the Software. You may not modify
or disable any licensing or control features
of the Software;
- You are the exclusive licensee of the Software
and sharing, or modifying any source code,
or portion of the Software with any individual
or entity is a violation of copyright laws
and international treaties;
- If you fail to comply with the terms and
conditions of our service, you must destroy
all copies of the Software and all of its

the right to suspend or deactivate your use

the ownership of the software to another

not provide any service or support to new
owner if this process is failed.
- The purchaser agrees to that the purchaser
can not transfer the script to another domain
name.
- The purchaser agrees that database maintenance
or fixing is NOT included in script support.
- There will be NO refund in any reason unless
the software is not delivered to the purchaser
in 14 days after payment is completed.
- QualityEBiz.com may provide support at $50
per hours for any fixing which by causing
the purchaser
