- The reseller agrees that all scripts related
to the program are property of QualityEBiz;
- A script is licensed to operate on only one
host-name or IP address
- The reseller agrees that the script belongs
to an individual and not transferable to
another individual without paying a fee for
new license key.
- QualityEBiz agrees to warranty the website/program
for 30 days, without
liability regarding
server errors,
purchaser errors,
member errors,
hackers, or other
errors not directly
related
to the setup/installation
of the program/website.

receives notice
from you of
such defects during
the warranty period,
QualityEBiz will,
at its option,
either repair
or replace products,
which prove to
be defective.
- QualityEBiz has no responsibility towards
the endusers, endusers' advertisers, members,
associates, employees, or partners and is
not responsible for purchasers' liabilities

- The reseller agrees that QualityEBiz may
provide support to the enduser to the operation
of the product and website functioning only
at QualityEBiz.com's forum and the reseller
is responsible to provide support to the
endusers to the operation of the product
unless the issues or questions are not provided
in teh uiserguide qualityEBiz.com provides.
- QualityEBiz has no rights to any monies earned
by the reseller nor it have rights to the
domain name;
- The reseller (You) agrees and guarantees
full payment to QualityEBiz for all products
and services purchased by you

payment in full before receiving any product
or services when required.
- The purchaser agrees not to hold QualityEBiz
liable for any

both before and after the

and is licensed,
not sold, under the terms
of this User Agreement

all rights not
expressly granted to you.

the ownership of the

- The reseller do not modify or disable any
licensing or control features of the Software;
- You are the exclusive licensee of the Software
and sharing, or
modifying any source code,
or portion of the
Software with any individual
or entity is a
violation of copyright laws

treaties;
- If you fail to comply with the terms and
conditions of our
service, you must destroy
all copies of the
Software and all of its
component parts,

right to suspend
or deactivate your use of

or without notice.
- Export Control: You may not export or re-export
the Software or
any copy or adaptation of
the Software in
violation of any applicable
laws or regulations.

However, you may request a refund if you

you agree to receive emails from the administration
of QualityeBiz, not limited to information
pertaining to the software.
- The reseller agrees that there will be a
fee which is no more than $50
for transfering the ownership of the software
and responsible to provide a contact information(Email
address) of the enduser to
Qualityebiz up to the date.
- The reseller agrees that there will be a
fee which is no more than $50
for transfering the software to another domain
name.
- There will be NO refund in any reason unless
the software is not delivered to the reseller
in 14 days after payment is completed.
- QualityEBiz may provide support at $50 per
hours for any fixing which by causing the
reseller or enduser
